Eleni turned two years old on 31 January. We had a little party for her on the weekend with some friends and also her grandparents from St Louis. Boy was she spoilt! We set up the basement for the day and this year had a birthday cake with Elmo on it. She and her friends ran around and played with her toys, the balloons and of course ate lots of ice-cream and cake. From Mummy and Daddy she is getting a tricycle – I say getting as we she got so many gifts we decided to hold off a few days before giving it to her. She also loved the singing of Happy Birthday and tried hard to blow out the candles.
So at two years old, she has achieved potty training, can count to 10, talks quite a bit and now knows the excitement of opening presents. She is really a happy, loving, gentle, little girl who is very easy to look after. She loves hugs, reading books in bed, playing with her toys, drawing and “flying”. Each night Christos holds her up in the air and she spreads her arms and flies to bed.
It is hard to believe she is two years old but the joy she brings us is hard to describe. She remains the light in our lives and is the best thing to happen to both of us. Happy birthday Eleni Theoni. Love Mummy and Daddy
