Moving House

Well the owners are selling the flat we rent and we have to move. We’ve finally found a new place to rent which is just up the road in Cambridge. It is a new townhouse in a medium size development overlooking a park. The place is what I would call a ‘townhouse’. It joins on to the neighbours on one side but not the other. We will have 3 floors and lots of room for guests as it has 3 bedrooms and a study. No room for a dog though but a tiny garden well positioned for me to grow my tomato plants and herbs etc. We are moving on Friday 30 Jan so will take some pictures and post them once we are settled.

So, our weekend will be spent packing boxes plus we have JP visiting us from the US. They are also predicting a cold snap next week with snow forecast. I would love it to snow early week but definitely not on Friday!
